The James Bond 50th anniversary Bluray set is mine after a hastily spent $150 at Best Buy. Since I’ve only seen 7 of the 23 Bond movies, I find it a little hard to justify buying it. Nonetheless, I’m really happy I got it.

My plan is to go through the set and watch them at my own pace. I hope to finish them all by December and plan to blog all about it along the way. So this is my first of maybe a dozen or so entries about everyone’s favorite British spy. I give you, the unboxing…

The set includes all of the official James Bond movies up to Quantum of Solace. The discs are packaged in slots inside two fairly sturdy booklet cases.

One thing I really liked was the inclusion of a slot for Skyfall on the last page. Even though the Skyfall disc obviously isn’t uniform with the rest of the set, I still thought it was a very nice touch.

So there you have the unboxing of the Bond 50th anniversary complete Blu-Ray set. I’ll probably watch the first couple movies next weekend. So be sure to check back on the blog for my thoughts on those.
